I officially signed my first lease agreement EVER!
Yep, I do currently rent a room in a house, but it's such a gong show.
I paid my first damage deposit too.
Cause I also never even paid one of them for this room.
And my first full months rent! Not just $300!
AND I AM SOOOOO EXCITED!
Walk-through on Thursday!!
